“Self Care for Performers- On and Off the Road”

Musicians and traveling artists confront unique stressors; long hours and unfamiliar environments, poor eating habits, loneliness and separation present challenges to ones well being. This workshop will focus on self-care from a nutritional and

psychological perspective; discussion will include managing stress and establishing balance, emotions and food, self-esteem and navigating relationships.
